Booking Terms – TeraStay

All reservations made via the TeraStay platform are subject to confirmation and property availability.
A valid form of payment is required to confirm a booking. Full or partial advance payments may be requested, based on the specific property’s policy.
Modifications or cancellations must comply with the individual property’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Guests will receive a digital confirmation along with applicable check-in details and property guidelines.

TeraStay operates as a technology and marketing partner for independently owned properties and does not directly manage or operate accommodations listed on its platform.
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the guest’s stay. All responsibilities lie with the respective property owners.
Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings and adhere to property-specific safety guidelines during their stay.
TeraStay holds no liability for disruptions due to natural calamities, unforeseen emergencies, or force majeure situations.

TeraStay reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Revised terms will be published on our website and will take immediate effect upon posting.

All bookings and use of services are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
